• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
