Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Sales Manager to help us reach our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
The individual in this position will drive the full cycle sales process: from generating leads to closing sales. You will build strong relationships with potential customers, discover their needs, present solutions, and close deals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from strategic initiatives, promotional activities, and events;
- Identify opportunities for new business and rapidly expand market share;
- Provide ongoing updates on customer accounts, relationships and other sales activities;
- Track target markets and adjust sales strategy accordingly;
- Create comprehensive business presentations, strategies and proposals;
- Build and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders, decision makers and new/existing customers;
- Develop innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Proven experience as Business Development Sales professional;
- Demonstrated success of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing techniques;
- Sales-driven attitude;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
