Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
- Provide training and support to sales representatives
- Work with clients to assess their insurance needs
- Recommend the best policies for clients’ individual circumstances
- Manage the sales team’s performance
- Track sales data and trends
- Develop and implement marketing plans
- Represent the company at industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
